Full-Time Position — Legal & Compliance

Technology Law Specialist

As a Technology Law Specialist at MaxiMize Infinium, you will navigate the rapidly evolving intersection of law and technology across 18 countries. You will advise on the legal dimensions of S3-SENTINEL's quantum-resistant infrastructure, AI governance, emerging technology regulation, and the legal frameworks enabling sovereign-grade technology operations.

The Role

About the Role

Technology law at MaxiMize Infinium encompasses the legal frameworks governing how advanced technology is developed, deployed, and operated. You will advise on the legal implications of quantum-resistant security systems, AI and machine learning algorithms, biometric technologies, surveillance systems, and emerging technology deployments across 18 countries.

Your practice will cover AI regulation (EU AI Act, India's AI governance frameworks), cybersecurity law, encryption regulations, technology transfer restrictions, and the legal dimensions of quantum computing applications. You will work at the frontier where law has not yet caught up to technology — developing legal positions that enable innovation while managing regulatory risk.

This role requires a lawyer who is genuinely fascinated by technology — someone who reads technical papers for pleasure and can translate complex technical concepts into legally sound advisory positions.

  • Counsel on legal implications of quantum-resistant security technologies and post-quantum cryptographic standards

  • Review legal implications of new technology deployments within S3-SENTINEL including biometric and surveillance systems
  • Monitor emerging technology legislation and regulatory frameworks across 18 operational countries
  • Advise on encryption regulations, key disclosure laws, and lawful access requirements across jurisdictions
  • Counsel on technology transfer restrictions, export controls, and dual-use technology regulations
  • Develop organizational positions on emerging technology law issues including autonomous systems and IoT regulation
  • Advise on software licensing, open source compliance, and technology agreement legal matters
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure technology development aligns with legal requirements and risk tolerance

Reality of the Role

A Day in the Life

Every day as a Technology Law Specialist at MaxiMize Infinium is different. Here is what you can expect.

Morning: Strategy and Analysis

Your day typically begins with a stand-up through LITHVIK N1, reviewing overnight data and flagging any urgent items. You will dive into analytical work — examining workflow data, running simulation models, or reviewing dashboard metrics — with full ownership of your deliverables from day one.

Collaboration happens organically. You will sync with domain experts across GOVERN G5, CEREBRAS P5, S3-SENTINEL, or whichever platforms are relevant to your current projects. There are no approval chains — just focused work with clear ownership.

Afternoon: Execution and Delivery

After lunch, the focus shifts to execution. You will be building, analyzing, or delivering — depending on where your current projects stand. Cross-functional collaboration peaks in the afternoon as teams align on deliverables and next steps.

You will engage with clients or internal stakeholders to present findings, walk through optimization recommendations, or demo new capabilities. Every presentation is an opportunity to demonstrate the direct impact of your analytical work on operational outcomes.

Evening: Reflection and Planning

The close of day is for documentation, knowledge capture, and planning tomorrow. You will update your project tracking, log key findings in our internal knowledge base, and align on priorities for the next day through LITHVIK N1's task management.

No two weeks are the same. Projects evolve, priorities shift, and new challenges emerge. You will be empowered to manage your own time and prioritize work that drives the greatest impact.

Weekly Rhythms

Each week includes team syncs, cross-track knowledge shares, and project check-ins. You will participate in structured mentorship sessions, occasional client workshops, and internal innovation sprints where new ideas are evaluated and advanced.

Performance is measured by outcomes, not hours logged. We care about the quality of your analysis, the impact of your recommendations, and how effectively you collaborate with the broader team.

Our work operates at the frontier of what is technically and politically possible. You thrive in environments where problems are not well-defined and solutions require creative, cross-disciplinary thinking.

Deep Expertise with Breadth

You have genuine mastery in your domain — whether it is analytics, engineering, strategy, or design — but you are also curious about adjacent fields. The best work at MaxiMize Infinium happens at the intersection of disciplines.

Ownership Mentality

You treat every project as if it were your own company. You do not wait for instructions — you identify what needs to be done, rally the necessary resources, and drive it to completion. You take accountability for results, not just effort.
