You will verify that technical controls, processes, and documentation across 18 countries satisfy audit requirements for GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001 certifications.

About the Role
Compliance auditing at MaxiMize Infinium is the verification layer that confirms organizational integrity. You will plan, execute, and report on compliance audits covering technical controls, process adherence, and documentation completeness — ensuring that S3-SENTINEL's 99.9999% uptime infrastructure meets the evidentiary standards required for certification and regulatory compliance.
Your work will cover internal audits preparing for external certification, supplier and vendor compliance assessments, and continuous monitoring of control effectiveness. You will develop audit programs, conduct fieldwork across technical and operational domains, and produce findings reports with actionable remediation recommendations.
This role requires an auditor who understands both the technical infrastructure being audited and the regulatory requirements driving the audit — someone who can trace a control from ISO 27001 Annex A through technical implementation to audit evidence.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute compliance audits across 7 regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and FedRAMP
- Develop audit programs, checklists, and testing procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct technical control testing including access controls, encryption, logging, and backup verification
- Assess process compliance including change management, incident response, and business continuity procedures
- Review documentation completeness for policies, procedures, risk assessments, and evidence repositories
- Produce detailed audit findings reports with risk ratings, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations
- Track remediation of audit findings through to closure with appropriate evidence of correction
- Conduct vendor and supplier compliance assessments for third-party risk management
- Prepare audit readiness assessments and gap analyses for upcoming external audits and certifications
- Coordinate with external auditors and certification bodies during certification and surveillance audits

Skills & Expertise
Required
- Expert knowledge of audit methodologies and frameworks (ISO 19011, COSO, COBIT)
- Deep understanding of at least 3 major compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, SOC 2)
- Experience conducting IT and compliance audits in technology environments
- Strong analytical skills for control testing, evidence evaluation, and finding classification
- Excellent report writing skills for audit findings, executive summaries, and remediation tracking
- Understanding of technical controls including access management, encryption, and network security
Preferred
- CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent audit certification
- Experience with FedRAMP authorization processes and government cloud compliance
