Agreement to Terms
Access to and use of MaxiMize Infinium's services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms govern all engagements, proposals, and service delivery. Our legal framework ensures protection for both parties while enabling rapid deployment of strategic solutions.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary AI/ML platforms — including LITHVIK N1™, CLAIRVOYANCE CX™, PERCEPTION X2™, TERRAFORM-IQ™, RICOCHET CATALYST X™, CEREBRAS P5™, PHOENIX-1™, S3-SENTINEL™, GOVERN G5™, and CryptoSuite™ — remain exclusively owned by MaxiMize Infinium. Client receives usage license only.
Custom Deliverables
Strategy documents, analysis reports, campaign materials, and bespoke configurations are licensed to clients for their exclusive use within agreed scope. MaxiMize retains right to use anonymized insights for platform improvement.
Client Data
All collected intelligence, data, and insights generated during engagements remain client property per agreement terms. Data export and deletion available upon engagement conclusion.
