You will manage the full contract lifecycle — from initial negotiation through execution, performance monitoring, and renewal or termination. Your work will cover government contracts, enterprise service agreements, technology licensing, partnership agreements, and NDAs spanning 18 countries.
The complexity of MaxiMize Infinium's operations demands contracts that address cross-border data flows, quantum-resistant security requirements, sovereign immunity considerations, force majeure in geopolitical contexts, and multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution. Every contract must balance legal protection with operational flexibility.
This role requires a contract specialist with the commercial acumen to understand business objectives and the legal precision to craft agreements that achieve those objectives while managing risk across diverse legal systems.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts for S3-SENTINEL deployments, government engagements, and partnerships
- Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and precedent libraries for recurring engagement types
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial drafting through negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring
- Advise on contract risk including liability, indemnification, insurance, and termination provisions
- Structure contractual frameworks for cross-border engagements spanning multiple jurisdictions
- Negotiate government contracts including RFP responses, bid submissions, and public procurement compliance
- Advise on dispute resolution clauses and manage contract-related disputes and claims
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure contract terms reflect operational realities
- Monitor contract compliance and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations
- Train business development and engagement teams on contract negotiation and risk management

- Qualified legal professional with specialization in contract law and commercial transactions
- Deep expertise in Indian contract law (Indian Contract Act) and international commercial law principles
