About the Role
Regulatory compliance management at MaxiMize Infinium is the operational backbone of legal operations. You will manage the systems, processes, and teams that ensure continuous compliance across GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and ISO 27001 — while maintaining S3-SENTINEL's 99.9999% uptime mandate.
Your role encompasses the full compliance lifecycle — from regulatory horizon scanning and gap analysis through policy development, implementation oversight, audit management, and remediation tracking. You will coordinate with LITHVIK N1 to ensure compliance operations integrate with the broader security infrastructure.
This is a leadership role that requires both strategic vision and operational discipline — someone who can design a multi-framework compliance program and then drive its execution across diverse teams and jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Manage organizational compliance programs across 7 regulatory frameworks and 45+ jurisdictions
- Design and implement compliance monitoring systems integrated with S3-SENTINEL's operational infrastructure
- Oversee internal and external audit programs including scheduling, scoping, evidence collection, and remediation
- Develop and maintain the compliance policy framework including standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage regulatory relationships including communications with supervisory authorities and certification bodies
- Lead compliance gap analyses for new regulations, jurisdictions, and client requirements
- Coordinate compliance activities across legal, engineering, operations, and business development teams
- Produce compliance dashboards and reports for leadership showing real-time compliance posture
- Manage compliance team resources, priorities, and professional development
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance processes through automation and process optimization
What You Bring

Required
- Expert knowledge of at least 4 major regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, ISO 27001)
- Compliance program management experience including audit coordination and regulatory engagement
- Strong leadership and team management skills for cross-functional compliance operations
- Experience with GRC tools and compliance automation platforms
- Excellent project management skills for coordinating multi-framework compliance initiatives
- Strong communication skills for reporting compliance posture to executive leadership
