Policy Compliance Officer

You will translate regulatory requirements and strategic directives into actionable policies, then verify compliance through monitoring, testing, and reporting across S3-SENTINEL operations.

Your role encompasses the full policy lifecycle — from drafting and consultation through approval, communication, training, monitoring, and enforcement. You will ensure that policies remain current as regulations evolve, that teams understand their obligations, and that compliance is verified through systematic monitoring and testing.

This role requires someone who can write clear, actionable policies from complex regulatory requirements and then drive their adoption across diverse teams operating in multiple jurisdictions and cultural contexts.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies translating 7 regulatory frameworks into operational directives
  • Ensure policy alignment across 18 countries and 45+ jurisdictions with local regulatory requirements
  • Design and implement policy compliance monitoring programs including testing schedules and reporting frameworks
  • Conduct policy compliance assessments and produce findings reports with remediation recommendations
  • Manage policy exception requests including risk assessment, approval workflows, and compensating controls
  • Develop and deliver policy training programs ensuring organizational awareness of compliance obligations
  • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies to reflect evolving requirements across jurisdictions
  • Maintain the policy management system including version control, approval workflows, and access management
  • Produce policy compliance reports and dashboards for leadership and regulatory stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal audit on policy compliance testing and remediation tracking
