Legal research at MaxiMize Infinium is the analytical foundation upon which legal strategy is built. You will conduct comprehensive research across Indian and international law — producing the memos, comparative analyses, and regulatory summaries that enable legal counsel and compliance teams to advise with confidence across 18 countries.
Your research will cover corporate law, data protection, cyber crime, international law, regulatory compliance, and emerging technology law. You will develop and maintain legal knowledge bases, track legislative developments, and produce research products that translate complex legal landscapes into actionable intelligence for decision-makers.
This role is ideal for a legally trained researcher who combines academic rigor with practical orientation — someone who finds satisfaction in thoroughly mapping a legal question and delivering research that directly informs strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across Indian and international law supporting advisory and compliance functions
- Prepare legal research memos, comparative analyses, and regulatory summaries for legal counsel and leadership
- Track legislative developments, judicial decisions, and regulatory changes across 45+ jurisdictions
- Develop and maintain legal knowledge bases and research repositories covering operational legal domains
- Support due diligence research for new client engagements, partnerships, and market entries
- Research precedents and case law for ongoing legal matters and advisory opinions
- Analyze regulatory requirements for compliance assessments and gap analyses
- Produce regulatory intelligence reports on emerging legal trends and enforcement patterns
- Assist with legal document preparation including contracts, policies, and regulatory filings
- Coordinate research requests across legal, compliance, and business development teams
