Full-Time Position — Governance & Policy Transformation

Public Participation Specialist

As a Public Participation Specialist at MaxiMize Infinium, you will operationalize the democratic promise of digital governance. Using GOVERN G5's participation modules and CEREBRAS P5's civic engagement analytics, you will design systems that enable meaningful public input into policy decisions across 18 countries and 9 governance verticals.

The Role

About the Role

Public participation is the mechanism through which digital governance becomes truly democratic. In this role, you will design and manage the platforms, processes, and protocols that enable citizens to participate in governance decisions — from budget allocation and urban planning to education policy and healthcare service design.

You will configure GOVERN G5's public consultation modules, design digital town halls, create participatory budgeting workflows, and build feedback loops that ensure citizen input actually influences government decision-making. Using CEREBRAS P5's Pulse pillar, you will analyze participation patterns, identify representation gaps, and continuously optimize for broader and deeper civic engagement.

This role requires someone who understands both the technical capabilities of digital participation platforms and the political dynamics of inclusive governance — ensuring that participation is not just symbolic but substantively shapes policy outcomes.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement digital public participation platforms using GOVERN G5's consultation and feedback modules
  • Configure participatory governance workflows including digital town halls, public consultations, and citizen assemblies
  • Develop participatory budgeting systems using GOVERN G5's financial management modules integrated with citizen input channels
  • Analyze participation data through CEREBRAS P5's Pulse pillar to measure engagement quality and representation equity
  • Design inclusive participation mechanisms that overcome barriers of literacy, language, disability, and digital access
  • Train government officials on facilitating meaningful public participation and incorporating citizen input into policy decisions
  • Create multilingual participation materials and outreach strategies for diverse populations across 18 countries
  • Monitor and evaluate participation outcomes, producing reports on how citizen input influenced governance decisions
  • Design grievance and appeal mechanisms within GOVERN G5 that ensure citizens can challenge government decisions effectively
  • Establish participation standards and benchmarks for GOVERN G5 deployments across different governance verticals

Reality of the Role

A Day in the Life

Every day as a Public Participation Specialist at MaxiMize Infinium is different. Here is what you can expect.

Morning: Strategy and Analysis

Your day typically begins with a stand-up through LITHVIK N1, reviewing overnight data and flagging any urgent items. You will dive into analytical work — examining workflow data, running simulation models, or reviewing dashboard metrics — with full ownership of your deliverables from day one.

Collaboration happens organically. You will sync with domain experts across GOVERN G5, CEREBRAS P5, S3-SENTINEL, or whichever platforms are relevant to your current projects. There are no approval chains — just focused work with clear ownership.

Afternoon: Execution and Delivery

After lunch, the focus shifts to execution. You will be building, analyzing, or delivering — depending on where your current projects stand. Cross-functional collaboration peaks in the afternoon as teams align on deliverables and next steps.

You will engage with clients or internal stakeholders to present findings, walk through optimization recommendations, or demo new capabilities. Every presentation is an opportunity to demonstrate the direct impact of your analytical work on operational outcomes.

Evening: Reflection and Planning

The close of day is for documentation, knowledge capture, and planning tomorrow. You will update your project tracking, log key findings in our internal knowledge base, and align on priorities for the next day through LITHVIK N1's task management.

No two weeks are the same. Projects evolve, priorities shift, and new challenges emerge. You will be empowered to manage your own time and prioritize work that drives the greatest impact.

Weekly Rhythms

Each week includes team syncs, cross-track knowledge shares, and project check-ins. You will participate in structured mentorship sessions, occasional client workshops, and internal innovation sprints where new ideas are evaluated and advanced.

Performance is measured by outcomes, not hours logged. We care about the quality of your analysis, the impact of your recommendations, and how effectively you collaborate with the broader team.

Candidate Profile

Who Succeeds Here

Comfortable with Ambiguity

Our work operates at the frontier of what is technically and politically possible. You thrive in environments where problems are not well-defined and solutions require creative, cross-disciplinary thinking.

Deep Expertise with Breadth

You have genuine mastery in your domain — whether it is analytics, engineering, strategy, or design — but you are also curious about adjacent fields. The best work at MaxiMize Infinium happens at the intersection of disciplines.

Ownership Mentality

You treat every project as if it were your own company. You do not wait for instructions — you identify what needs to be done, rally the necessary resources, and drive it to completion. You take accountability for results, not just effort.

Mission Alignment

You care about the work MaxiMize Infinium does — transforming government operations, securing critical infrastructure, enabling better public services. You are motivated by more than a paycheck. You want your work to matter in the real world.
