As a Citizen Engagement Strategist at MaxiMize Infinium, you will design how governments listen to, involve, and serve their citizens. Leveraging GOVERN G5's citizen interaction modules and CEREBRAS P5's feedback intelligence, you will build participation frameworks that give 1.4 billion+ people across 18 countries a meaningful voice in governance.

Citizen engagement is the soul of effective governance. In this role, you will design and implement strategies that transform the relationship between governments and their people — moving from one-way service delivery to participatory governance powered by GOVERN G5's citizen-facing modules and CEREBRAS P5's real-time sentiment analysis.

You will work across cultural, linguistic, and digital divides to create engagement frameworks that reach every citizen — from urban professionals using mobile apps to rural communities accessing government services through common service centers. Your strategies will leverage GOVERN G5's multilingual capabilities across 47 languages and CEREBRAS P5's analytics to measure participation, identify underserved populations, and continuously improve the citizen experience.

This role requires deep empathy, cultural intelligence, and the ability to design engagement systems that work across wildly diverse contexts — from high-literacy Scandinavian populations to multi-lingual Indian states with varying digital access patterns.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive citizen engagement strategies for GOVERN G5 deployments across 18 countries and 47 languages
  • Develop public participation frameworks that leverage CEREBRAS P5's Pulse pillar for real-time citizen sentiment analysis
  • Create multilingual citizen feedback mechanisms integrated into GOVERN G5 service delivery platforms
  • Design inclusive engagement programs reaching marginalized communities, rural populations, and digitally underserved citizens
  • Analyze citizen engagement data from GOVERN G5 modules to identify service gaps and participation barriers
  • Build citizen journey maps across all 9 governance verticals to optimize touchpoints and reduce friction
  • Develop grievance redressal strategies and escalation frameworks within GOVERN G5's complaint management modules
  • Train government staff on citizen-centric communication, responsiveness protocols, and participatory governance practices
  • Design and execute public awareness campaigns driving adoption of digital governance services
  • Measure and report on citizen satisfaction, participation rates, and trust indicators across deployed GOVERN G5 modules
  • Collaborate with UX designers to ensure citizen-facing GOVERN G5 interfaces are accessible, intuitive, and culturally appropriate
