You will work with government ministries to redesign public administration through GOVERN G5 — the world's most comprehensive eGovernance platform with 127+ modules spanning Public Administration, Health, Education, Land Records, Urban Development, and Electoral systems.
Your work will integrate CEREBRAS P5's unified governance framework — connecting Policy, Police, Pulse, Power, and Public pillars into a single AI-powered operational architecture. You will advise ministers, secretaries, and senior bureaucrats on implementation strategy, change management, and impact assessment.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Advise government clients on digital transformation strategy and eGovernance implementation using GOVERN G5's 127+ modules
- Conduct governance maturity assessments across 9 verticals to identify priority transformation areas
- Design implementation roadmaps for GOVERN G5 deployment including phasing, training, and change management
- Integrate CEREBRAS P5's five-pillar unified framework (Policy, Police, Pulse, Power, Public) into governance operations
- Lead stakeholder consultations with ministers, secretaries, and senior civil servants
- Monitor implementation progress and measure impact against key performance indicators
- Develop policy recommendations informed by data analytics and citizen feedback through GOVERN G5
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize GOVERN G5 modules for specific jurisdictional requirements
- Prepare governance transformation reports, white papers, and client presentations
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of GOVERN G5 module functionality and user experience
