This role is the operational backbone of MaxiMize Infinium's governance transformation mission. You will manage end-to-end implementation of GOVERN G5 eGovernance modules across 9 verticals — from Public Administration and Health to Education and Land Records — ensuring each deployment meets sovereign standards for security, accessibility, and performance.

You will work at the intersection of technology and public administration, collaborating with government IT departments, training civil servants, and coordinating with LITHVIK N1 integration teams to ensure seamless platform interoperability. Every implementation you deliver directly impacts millions of citizens accessing government services.

Your expertise will bridge the gap between GOVERN G5's technical architecture and government operational requirements, customizing workflows, configuring modules, and driving adoption across departments that may be transitioning from paper-based processes to digital governance for the first time.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of GOVERN G5 modules across government ministries, ensuring sovereign-grade implementation standards
  • Configure and customize GOVERN G5's 127+ modules for specific departmental workflows across 9 verticals
  • Integrate CEREBRAS P5's five-pillar framework into government operational architectures for unified governance delivery
  • Conduct pre-implementation assessments to map existing government processes and define digital transformation roadmaps
  • Manage data migration from legacy government systems to GOVERN G5 platforms with zero data loss and full audit trails
  • Design and deliver training programs for civil servants transitioning to digital governance workflows
  • Coordinate with LITHVIK N1 integration teams to ensure seamless cross-platform interoperability and data synchronization
  • Monitor post-deployment system performance, citizen adoption metrics, and service delivery improvements
