Your canvas spans the full product ecosystem: GOVERN G5's governance dashboards used by civil servants, CLAIRVOYANCE CX's intelligence interfaces used by analysts, PERCEPTION X2's campaign command centers, and LITHVIK N1's unified command interface. Every design decision must balance aesthetic excellence with the cognitive demands of high-stakes decision-making.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and accessible user interfaces for proprietary platforms including GOVERN G5, CLAIRVOYANCE CX, and LITHVIK N1
- Conduct user research and usability testing with diverse user groups including government officials, analysts, and field operatives
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring visual consistency across all 10 proprietary platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into elegant interface solutions
- Design data visualization interfaces that make complex intelligence accessible at a glance
- Conduct accessibility audits and ensure compliance with WCAG standards across all platforms
- Create user flows, journey maps, and interaction models for complex multi-step workflows
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics data, and usability findings
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and articulate design rationales informed by research
What You Bring
Skills & Expertise
Required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for complex web applications or platforms
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
