You will operate at the nexus of electoral law, political regulation, and campaign strategy — ensuring that the organization's sovereign-grade operations maintain full legal compliance without sacrificing strategic effectiveness.
You will work alongside TERRAFORM-IQ analysts to ensure voter data collection complies with jurisdictional data privacy laws, coordinate with CLAIRVOYANCE CX teams to validate that predictive targeting models meet electoral commission guidelines, and review PERCEPTION X2 narrative deployments for regulatory adherence across diverse media environments.
Your counsel will be sought at every stage of the campaign lifecycle — from initial feasibility assessments and regulatory filings to active campaign compliance monitoring and post-election dispute resolution. All advisory workflows will be managed through LITHVIK N1's secure communication channels.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal and political counsel to campaign teams ensuring compliance with electoral laws across 18 countries
- Review and validate campaign architectures developed through TERRAFORM-IQ and CLAIRVOYANCE CX for regulatory compliance
- Advise on permissible campaign activities, expenditure limits, and reporting requirements across diverse electoral jurisdictions
- Assess legal risks of narrative deployments through PERCEPTION X2 and recommend compliant alternatives without strategic compromise
- Draft and review campaign-related legal documents, regulatory filings, and compliance certifications
- Monitor regulatory changes in active campaign jurisdictions and proactively advise teams on necessary strategic adjustments
- Coordinate with external legal counsel in foreign jurisdictions through LITHVIK N1 secure communication channels
- Advise on political crisis management scenarios requiring rapid legal assessment and strategic positioning
- Develop compliance frameworks and standard operating procedures for multi-country campaign operations
- Conduct pre-engagement legal feasibility assessments for new political consultancy assignments
