The Social Media Operations Lead manages the operational backbone of our social media practice — the workflows, publishing systems, community management protocols, and team coordination that enable sovereign-scale social media operations. You will oversee social media operations for political campaigns, government digital programs, and corporate brand management across 18 countries. Your operations will be powered by PERCEPTION X2's multi-platform deployment ecosystem, RICOCHET CATALYST X's syndication infrastructure, and CLAIRVOYANCE CX's real-time intelligence platform.
This role demands operational excellence at scale — you must ensure every post, response, and campaign deployment is executed flawlessly across an unprecedented platform footprint while maintaining the agility to respond to real-time developments.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Oversee all social media operations including publishing, community management, and campaign execution across 50+ platforms
- Manage and develop a team of social media managers and coordinators ensuring operational excellence
- Design and optimize social media workflows, publishing systems, and quality assurance processes for PERCEPTION X2 deployment
- Coordinate social media operations across time zones and markets to ensure 24/7 coverage and timely engagement
- Establish operational standards and best practices for RICOCHET CATALYST X social media amplification
- Monitor social media operations performance using CLAIRVOYANCE CX dashboards and implement continuous improvement
- Manage social media crisis response protocols and escalation procedures for client accounts
- Oversee social media technology stack including management tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems
- Coordinate with content, design, and strategy teams to ensure seamless social media content production pipeline
- Produce operational performance reports and resource allocation recommendations for leadership
