You will oversee social media operations for political campaigns, government digital programs, and corporate brand management across 18 countries. Responsibilities

  • Oversee all social media operations including publishing, community management, and campaign execution across 50+ platforms
  • Manage and develop a team of social media managers and coordinators ensuring operational excellence
  • Design and optimize social media workflows, publishing systems, and quality assurance processes for PERCEPTION X2 deployment
  • Coordinate social media operations across time zones and markets to ensure 24/7 coverage and timely engagement
  • Establish operational standards and best practices for RICOCHET CATALYST X social media amplification
  • Monitor social media operations performance using CLAIRVOYANCE CX dashboards and implement continuous improvement
  • Manage social media crisis response protocols and escalation procedures for client accounts
