About the Role
Operations at MaxiMize Infinium is the central nervous system of the organization. You will manage the coordination of teams spanning political strategy, cybersecurity, intelligence, perception, marketing, governance, technology, design, and legal — all working simultaneously across 18 countries on 3 continents.
You will operate through LITHVIK N1's neural command interface to track project progress, allocate resources, manage client communications, and ensure that every engagement meets the organization's zero-compromise standards. Your role combines project management, client relationship management, and operational strategy.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Manage the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams across 18 countries delivering 1,250+ concurrent projects
- Operate LITHVIK N1's command interface to track project milestones, resource allocation, and team coordination
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with 500+ elite clients including heads of state and Fortune 100 enterprises
- Develop and implement operational processes, standards, and workflow optimizations
- Monitor project financials including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability analysis
- Lead cross-functional coordination meetings ensuring alignment across all practice areas
- Manage onboarding and integration of new team members and client engagements
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for improved efficiency
- Prepare operational reports and dashboards for organizational leadership
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational security standards across all engagements
