About the Role
Intelligence operations management at MaxiMize Infinium combines senior leadership with operational intelligence expertise. You will manage teams of analysts, coordinate intelligence production across multiple countries and time zones, and ensure that every intelligence product meets the sovereign-grade standards demanded by defense ministries and government agencies.
Your teams will operate CLAIRVOYANCE CX for collection and analysis, CEREBRAS P5 for governance and quality assurance, and TERRAFORM-IQ for ground-truth validation. You will be responsible for team performance, client satisfaction, and operational security across all engagements.
This role requires a leader who understands both the tradecraft of intelligence analysis and the discipline of operations management — someone who can inspire analytical excellence while maintaining the rigid operational standards of sovereign intelligence operations.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage intelligence operations teams delivering products for defense and government clients across 18 countries
- Oversee CLAIRVOYANCE CX-powered intelligence collection programs processing 100,000+ sources across 50+ languages
- Ensure CEREBRAS P5 governance compliance across all intelligence products and operational activities
- Manage TERRAFORM-IQ ground-truth verification programs maintaining sovereign-grade analytical confidence
- Recruit, develop, and mentor intelligence analysts and specialists across multiple disciplines
- Design and implement operational workflows that maximize analytical output while maintaining quality standards
- Manage client relationships and ensure intelligence products meet or exceed contractual requirements
- Coordinate with other practice leads to integrate intelligence capabilities across the organization
- Develop and enforce operational security protocols and information compartmentalization standards
- Drive continuous improvement in intelligence production methodologies and technology adoption
- Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for intelligence operations activities
