Governance Platform Engineer
As a Governance Platform Engineer at MaxiMize Infinium, you will build CEREBRAS P5 — the proprietary unified governance intelligence platform managing 127+ eGovernance modules across 18 countries. You will engineer the systems that power digital governance for sovereign operations, all built in-house with zero third-party dependencies.
The Role
About the Role
CEREBRAS P5 is MaxiMize Infinium's governance intelligence platform — a comprehensive system that unifies policy analysis, regulatory compliance, government operations, and citizen services into a single AI-powered platform. With 127+ eGovernance modules, it is one of the most complex platforms in the ecosystem.
You will build the core platform infrastructure that supports these modules — from workflow engines and document management systems to AI-powered policy analysis and compliance checking. The platform must be flexible enough to serve diverse governance needs across 18 countries while maintaining consistent reliability.
The platform integrates with GOVERN G5 for eGovernance delivery, PHOENIX-1 for crisis governance, and LITHVIK N1 for unified command. Your engineering will enable governments to operate with the intelligence and efficiency that MaxiMize Infinium's sovereign architecture demands.

Strategic Impact
Why This Role Matters
All 10 proprietary platforms are built entirely in-house — not licensed, not white-labeled, not outsourced. From LITHVIK N1's neural command interface (95% coordination success) to S3-SENTINEL's sovereign security (99.9999% uptime), the technology stack represents over a decade of continuous AI/ML refinement through real-world mission-critical deployment. There are zero third-party dependencies in the core platform architecture.

Reality of the Role
A Day in the Life
Every day as a Governance Platform Engineer at MaxiMize Infinium is different. Here is what you can expect.
Morning: Strategy and Analysis
Your day typically begins with a stand-up through LITHVIK N1, reviewing overnight data and flagging any urgent items. You will dive into analytical work — examining workflow data, running simulation models, or reviewing dashboard metrics — with full ownership of your deliverables from day one.
Collaboration happens organically. You will sync with domain experts across GOVERN G5, CEREBRAS P5, S3-SENTINEL, or whichever platforms are relevant to your current projects. There are no approval chains — just focused work with clear ownership.
Afternoon: Execution and Delivery
After lunch, the focus shifts to execution. You will be building, analyzing, or delivering — depending on where your current projects stand. Cross-functional collaboration peaks in the afternoon as teams align on deliverables and next steps.
You will engage with clients or internal stakeholders to present findings, walk through optimization recommendations, or demo new capabilities. Every presentation is an opportunity to demonstrate the direct impact of your analytical work on operational outcomes.
Evening: Reflection and Planning
The close of day is for documentation, knowledge capture, and planning tomorrow. You will update your project tracking, log key findings in our internal knowledge base, and align on priorities for the next day through LITHVIK N1's task management.
No two weeks are the same. Projects evolve, priorities shift, and new challenges emerge. You will be empowered to manage your own time and prioritize work that drives the greatest impact.
Weekly Rhythms
Each week includes team syncs, cross-track knowledge shares, and project check-ins. You will participate in structured mentorship sessions, occasional client workshops, and internal innovation sprints where new ideas are evaluated and advanced.
Performance is measured by outcomes, not hours logged. We care about the quality of your analysis, the impact of your recommendations, and how effectively you collaborate with the broader team.

Our work operates at the frontier of what is technically and politically possible. You thrive in environments where problems are not well-defined and solutions require creative, cross-disciplinary thinking.
Deep Expertise with Breadth

Ownership Mentality
You treat every project as if it were your own company. You do not wait for instructions — you identify what needs to be done, rally the necessary resources, and drive it to completion. You take accountability for results, not just effort.
