As a Field Intelligence Specialist at MaxiMize Infinium, you will conduct ground-level intelligence collection and human intelligence operations across 18 countries — providing the human-derived insights that complement CLAIRVOYANCE CX's AI-powered analysis and TERRAFORM-IQ's ground-truth verification. You will be the organization's eyes and ears on the ground where it matters most.
The Role
About the Role
Field intelligence at MaxiMize Infinium is the human element of the intelligence cycle. While CLAIRVOYANCE CX processes 100,000+ sources digitally, your role is to gather intelligence that only human collection can obtain — through source development, on-the-ground observation, and direct engagement with local environments.
You will operate in complex environments across 18 countries, conducting field assessments, developing local source networks, and providing ground-truth intelligence that validates or challenges remotely collected data. Your field reports will feed directly into TERRAFORM-IQ's ground-truth database and inform CEREBRAS P5 governance decisions.
This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, operational security discipline, and the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure field environments. You will travel extensively and be prepared to deploy on short notice.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Conduct field intelligence collection operations across 18 countries including on-the-ground assessments and source development
- Develop and manage human intelligence source networks in priority operational areas
- Provide ground-truth intelligence that validates or challenges CLAIRVOYANCE CX remote collection and analysis
- Produce field intelligence reports including area assessments, source debriefs, and situational updates
- Conduct pre-deployment reconnaissance and operational area surveys for client engagements
- Coordinate with OSINT and digital intelligence analysts to integrate field collection with remote monitoring
- Maintain strict operational security during all field activities including communications and travel
- Assess local political, security, and social conditions through direct observation and local engagement
- Support crisis response operations with rapid field intelligence collection and on-the-ground reporting
- Feed field observations into TERRAFORM-IQ ground-truth database for ongoing model calibration
- Train and mentor junior field operatives in collection tradecraft and operational security

Skills & Expertise
Required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and develop trust across cultural contexts
- Strong understanding of intelligence collection tradecraft and human intelligence methodologies
- Operational security discipline including communications security and counter-surveillance awareness
- Ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure, and potentially hazardous field environments
- Excellent reporting skills with ability to produce clear, accurate field intelligence reports
- Cultural awareness and adaptability for operating across diverse countries and communities
Preferred
- Military intelligence, diplomatic security, or law enforcement field experience
- Fluency in two or more languages relevant to operational regions
