About the Role
The Electoral Strategy Specialist brings deep expertise in how electoral systems work — and how to work them. You will analyze voting mechanisms (first-past-the-post, proportional representation, mixed systems), delimitation patterns, and constituency dynamics to identify structural advantages and vulnerabilities.
You will work with TERRAFORM-IQ data to model constituency-level scenarios, leverage CLAIRVOYANCE CX to forecast outcomes under different electoral strategies, and use CEREBRAS P5 to assess the impact of electoral reforms and boundary changes on campaign viability. Your specialized knowledge will be the foundation for strategic decisions about resource allocation, constituency prioritization, and coalition strategy.
Your analysis will flow through LITHVIK N1 to campaign strategists, war-room directors, and political consultants — making your work integral to every engagement the organization undertakes.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Analyze electoral systems across 18 countries to identify structural advantages, vulnerabilities, and strategic opportunities for campaign planning
- Develop constituency-level strategy models using TERRAFORM-IQ voter data and historical election results
- Model electoral outcome scenarios using CLAIRVOYANCE CX predictive algorithms under different strategic assumptions
- Assess the strategic impact of delimitation changes, electoral reforms, and voting system modifications using CEREBRAS P5
- Develop coalition strategy recommendations based on multi-party electoral mathematics and seat-sharing analysis
- Create ward-level and booth-level targeting strategies that maximize vote concentration in competitive constituencies
- Analyze opponent electoral strategies and develop counter-strategies based on structural electoral dynamics
- Provide expert testimony and analysis on electoral system mechanics for client briefings and strategy sessions
- Monitor electoral commission notifications, boundary changes, and regulatory updates across all operational geographies
- Develop and maintain an electoral system knowledge base covering all 18 operational countries through LITHVIK N1
