The Data Protection Officer role at MaxiMize Infinium is a senior leadership position bridging legal compliance, technical implementation, and strategic governance. You will oversee data protection impact assessments for all new services, manage cross-border data transfer mechanisms, and serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities.
Working within S3-SENTINEL's 99.9999% uptime infrastructure, you will define privacy-by-design standards that integrate with CryptoSuite's encryption capabilities. Your mandate extends to training teams across all operating regions on data handling protocols that meet both sovereign security requirements and international privacy regulations.
You will report directly to senior leadership and coordinate with LITHVIK N1 on data governance automation, ensuring that privacy controls are enforced at every layer of the technology stack.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Oversee all data protection and privacy compliance activities across 18 operational countries
- Conduct data protection impact assessments for new services, platforms, and client engagements
- Develop and maintain cross-border data transfer frameworks compliant with international regulations
- Serve as primary contact for data protection authorities and regulatory inquiries
- Define privacy-by-design and privacy-by-default standards integrated with S3-SENTINEL architecture
- Monitor and audit data processing activities to ensure ongoing compliance with privacy policies
- Manage data subject access requests and privacy-related incident response procedures
- Coordinate with cryptography engineers to ensure CryptoSuite encryption meets regulatory requirements
- Develop and deliver data protection training programs for teams across all operating regions
- Report to senior leadership on privacy risks, compliance status, and remediation progress

Required
- Expert knowledge of international data protection laws including GDPR, Indian DPDP Act, and sovereign privacy regulations
