You will engineer the data systems that drive strategic decision-making across all 10 in-house platforms with zero third-party dependencies.

TERRAFORM-IQ is MaxiMize Infinium's data intelligence platform — a system that ingests, processes, and analyzes massive datasets to deliver actionable insights for political strategy, voter targeting, and campaign optimization. It operates at the granularity of individual polling booths across multiple countries.
You will build the data engineering infrastructure that makes this possible — from real-time data ingestion pipelines to complex analytical query engines. Your systems will process demographic data, voting records, economic indicators, and social sentiment to build comprehensive intelligence profiles.
The platform integrates with CLAIRVOYANCE CX for predictive modeling, PERCEPTION X2 for narrative intelligence, and RICOCHET CATALYST X for targeted distribution. Every dataset you process and every insight you generate has direct strategic impact across sovereign operations.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities
- Build and scale TERRAFORM-IQ's data intelligence platform processing booth-level analytics across 18 countries
- Design real-time data ingestion pipelines for demographic, electoral, economic, and social sentiment data
- Develop complex analytical query engines enabling sub-second insights on massive datasets
- Build voter behavior modeling systems integrating with CLAIRVOYANCE CX predictive intelligence
- Design data warehouse and lakehouse architectures optimized for political intelligence workloads
- Implement data quality frameworks ensuring accuracy and reliability of intelligence outputs
- Build geospatial analytics systems for constituency-level and booth-level mapping and analysis
- Design data integration APIs connecting TERRAFORM-IQ to PERCEPTION X2 and RICOCHET CATALYST X
- Implement data governance and lineage tracking for regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
- Build self-service analytics tools enabling non-technical operators to query intelligence data
What You Bring
Skills & Expertise
Required
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehouse systems (Snowflake, BigQuery, or equivalent)
- Expert Python skills with deep experience in data processing frameworks (Pandas, Polars, Spark)
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data integration and transformation
- Proficiency with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and database design for analytical workloads
- Experience with geospatial data processing and analysis (PostGIS, geopandas, or equivalent)
