Responsibilities

  • Monitor media coverage and online sentiment across 50+ platforms through PERCEPTION X2
  • Assist in drafting press releases, talking points, statements, and communication materials
  • Support crisis response operations by gathering intelligence and coordinating communication workflows
  • Analyze sentiment data and prepare perception reports for senior strategists
  • Coordinate content distribution through RICOCHET CATALYST X's syndication network
  • Research media contacts and maintain press relationship databases
  • Track competitor and industry communication strategies for intelligence purposes
  • Prepare media briefing kits and background materials for client engagements
  • Participate in strategy sessions and document campaign plans and action items
