10 AI/ML Platforms 15+ Languages 500+ Clients 3 Continents
About This Track

About the Design Internship Track

Design interns at MaxiMize Infinium work on the visual and experiential layer of 10 proprietary AI/ML platforms -- from the LITHVIK N1™ neural command interface to the GOVERN G5™ eGovernance platform with its comprehensive module suite. These are not consumer apps. They are intelligence-grade systems used by political analysts, security professionals, and government officials across three continents.

Our design teams span UI/UX design for complex data-heavy platforms, brand identity development for high-visibility political and institutional clients, and visual communications that must function across 15+ languages and diverse cultural contexts. Design interns contribute to all three areas.

The design challenge at MaxiMize Infinium is unique: how do you make platforms that process 100,000+ news sources, monitor 200+ social platforms, and coordinate 10 interconnected systems intuitive enough for decision-makers who need to act in minutes, not hours? This is the problem our design teams solve every day.

What You Will Work On

Design interns contribute to active platform and client design projects.

UI/UX Design for AI Platforms

Designing interfaces for complex intelligence platforms like CLAIRVOYANCE CX™, TERRAFORM-IQ™, and GOVERN G5™ that present vast data sets in clear, actionable formats.

Brand Identity Design

Creating brand systems for political campaigns, government initiatives, and institutional clients operating in high-visibility environments.

Visual Communications

Developing infographics, data visualizations, and visual narratives for reports and presentations that reach senior decision-makers.

Design Systems

Frequently Asked Questions About Design Internships

What should I include in my design portfolio?

Include 3-5 projects that demonstrate your range and depth -- UI/UX design, visual design, brand work, or data visualization. We value process documentation (research, wireframes, iterations) as much as final outputs. Show how you think, not just what you produce.

Will I design for consumer products or professional platforms?

Design interns at MaxiMize Infinium primarily design for professional, intelligence-grade platforms -- complex data-heavy interfaces used by political analysts, security professionals, and government officials. This is a different design challenge than consumer product design and offers unique experience in designing for expert users.

Do I need to know how to code?

Coding skills are not required, but familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts is helpful for effective collaboration with engineering teams. We value designers who can communicate effectively with developers about implementation constraints and possibilities.

What design tools does MaxiMize Infinium use?

Our primary design tools include Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping, and the Adobe Creative Suite for visual design and brand materials. Experience with these tools is preferred, but we prioritize design thinking and visual communication skills over specific tool knowledge.
